Terms and Conditions


Throughout Australia, shipping will be free of charge. Orders will be dispatched via Australia Post and delivered within 5-10 business days*.

Australia Post Domestic Express service is available at a fee (depending on size and weight). Orders generally arrive 2-4 days* after ordering. Please contact info@willeroointeriordesign.com.au if you wish to access this postage option.

* We cannot guarantee delivery dates. These timings are subject to change due to carrier and warehouse delays.

Returns Policy

You must request and return within 7 days of receiving your item/s. The item/s must be in original condition. Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Before sending any return items, please ensure you have submitted a returns request via email (info@willeroointeriordesign.com.au). We strongly recommend that you use a registered shipping method, so that you can track your order and because Willeroo Interior Design cannot be held liable for items that are lost in transit.

All items must be received back to us before the refund is processed. The refund will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Note the cost of the return shipping will not be reimbursed or refunded, unless the items are deemed faulty.

Willeroo Interior Design has a no returns policy on sale items.

Exchange Policy

Willeroo Interior Design offers an exchange only on faulty items where an identical item is currently in stock. Other than this you will need to return your original purchase (see Returns Policy above) and receive a refund for it, then place a new order online for desired items.

Faulty Items

Please note that our cushions are made with hand block printed fabric which is naturally dyed, so there will always be a degree of imperfection in each design. Our rugs are also vintage and not new, and so will have varying levels or wear and tear and are priced accordingly. We recommend you to take a close look at the photos provided to ensure you know what you are purchasing, however understand that different light and computer screens can display colours differently. Additional photos are also available on request. If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. It is up to the discretion of Willeroo Interior Design to determine whether or not this is a legitimate fault. Typically, small printed imperfections and dye lot variations are not considered a fault and will not result in a refund or exchange.

In the event the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item if it is in stock. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase.

All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.


Occasionally items are incorrectly listed as ‘in stock’ on our website. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you immediately to work out a solution. Willeroo Interior Design gives you the option of a full refund, exchange of item or to put the item on back order if it is due to be back in stock soon.


All pricing is listed in AUD and includes GST.

Cushions- Care and Washing Instructions

When washing Walter G fabrics and ready made products:

  • Wash separately on a cold, delicate cycle with very mild detergent.
  • Do not tumble dry, soak or bleach.
  • Iron at a medium setting if necessary.
  • Do not dry in direct sunlight or some fading may occur.

Indigo Care

Any products that have been hand dyed with natural indigo should avoid direct contact with white furniture and accessories and be kept out of direct sunlight to avoid excessive fading. The faded effect of indigo will become greater over time, just like an old pair of jeans. Some colour rub-off and variation is to be expected. We recommend washing indigo items once before use (see washing instructions above).
