The home had been rented for a number of years and was very run down for a relatively new home. The clients had decided to sell, so enlisted us to update the home for sale with a close return on investment in mind.
This resulted in full project management as the client lived interstate. Aspects addressed included landscaping, painting, new flooring, kitchen, lighting and electrical and styling for sale.
